At Rhino Rugby, we stand by the quality of our gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products remain in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Rhino packaging, ensuring all technical equipment and apparel are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Rhino HQ

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
